The 2022 Christmas Social was held on the 10th December at the ever popular Queen's Arms in Brixham. Chris Simmons, the landlord, had generously provided a finger buffet for us all as well as a choice of six real ales and numerous ciders. A good selection of our branch members were in attendance as well as members from Exeter and East Devon Branch and also Plymouth.
The most popular beer of the day appeared to be St. Austell's Back in Black, a 5.7% Porter. Landlord Chris gave a short speech thanking his locals and CAMRA for their support and pointing out that he was just starting his twelfth year as landlord. The branch responded with a round of applause for Chris, his bar staff and his locals for keeping the pub open when CAMRA were not in attendance!

Finally we had a whip round for The last Kiss Foundation - £73.80 was donated.
