The efforts of local residents to prevent the Kingsbridge Inn becoming a residential property continue. South Hams District Council have listed the Kingsbridge Inn, Totnes as an Asset of Community Value.
This restriction will now be registered with Land Charges and with the Land Registry. It will be added to the list of ACVs on the SHDC website.. This listing will last for a period of 5 years until 28/9/2028
