Teignmouth Social

Our small contingent arrived by bus then train to join the rest in the Jolie Brise, Teignmouth with the intention of having a walk round the pubs. Teignmouth is ideal for this having lots of pubs in easy walking distance of one another.
Numerous breakfasts were consumed before a few beers were enjoyed. The next stop was almost just across the road, The Brass. Deckhand and Doom Bar were available here.
Next stop was The King's Arms followed by Dicey Reilly's across the road. where St Austell Anthem and Jail Ale were on offer.
Next was a new one to some of us, Teignmouth Social Club where the choice was Teignworthy Reel Ale or Doom Bar again. This being a club we were signed in on mass.
The Devon Arms Hotel was next with Teignmouth Brewery's Port Side and Deckhand on handpump
The King William followed on with just Jail available prompting us to move on to was to be our last pub of the day, The Blue Anchor. There was a varied choice of beers here only to be outdone by Wetherspoon's. Now it was back to the station and a train home.
